Responsibilities: 
  • Sell a unique data and benchmarking service to the Asset & Wealth Management sector, helping them to develop their direct to client benchmarking business in EMEA
  • Drive sales and lead conversations credibly with senior client contacts
  • Articulate the value in the benchmarking and decision support analysis
  • Drive the sales cycle from assessing target segments, prospecting, building pipeline, through to deal closure
  • Develop quarterly sales plans
  • Influence and nurture deep client relationships with C-level executives
  • Collaborate with the global business / practice leaders and become a trusted advisor
  • Take initiative and collaborate. Foster a strong team culture 
  • Drive continual feedback to help product innovation and development
  • Develop strategic insight, in order to anticipate market changes to help ensure product relevance
  • Work with global delivery teams to match service offerings with client needs, influencing and negotiating with clients to create demand and stimulate revenue growth 
Requirements: 
  • 7-10 years of work experience in financial services
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling analytics, data or solution-selling to senior Operations, IT, front-office, and strategy leaders in the Asset & Wealth management sector
  • Strong working knowledge of front-to-back business and core technology and operations management topics  
  • Meet and exceed sales quota
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with an interest in and aptitude to understand key industry trends, technology trends, client needs and drive solutions 
  • Knowledge of benchmarking (strong plus)
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding multiple goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and drive
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to drive the sales process, managing multiple priorities and handling multiple facets of the cycle
  • Work in London
  • University degree 
  • Be able to work effectively in matrixed organization
