  • Hire, develop, and lead strategic account executive team
  • Generate revenue by developing new opportunities, creating and executing account strategies, and closing deals alongside your team
  • Ensure professional completion of complex sales cycle, often presenting to C-level executives
  • Help team develop a strategy and sell to named accounts
  • Exceed your assigned targets through strategic sales techniques and coaching sales team
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth, including cross-sells
  • Generate leads, engage in conversations, conduct meeting remotely and in-person
  • Work with senior management and corporate counsel to negotiate and deliver signed contracts
  • Forecast sales in the CRM
  • Ensure satisfied customers
  • 5+ years of sales leadership working large, enterprise accounts
  • 10+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience focused on prospecting and closing new business (preferably within accounting / ERP, CRM, eCommerce, DXM, business intelligence or other related solutions)
  • Consistent over-achievement in past sales and leadership roles. Demonstrated career growth within the same organization a definite plus.
  • Demonstrate high-energy, execution-oriented enterprise account executive to drive revenue
  • Previous start-up / early-stage co. experience (strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of e-commerce and retail (strongly preferred)
  • Experience multi-threading into accounts, and engaging with senior level executives to sell value
  • Deal closing experience ($100k through multi-millions)
  • Experience with full life cycle sales including lead generation, lead qualification, outreach, through to deal closing
  • Aptitude to position the benefits of client offerings and manage a complex sales process.
  • Passion for building long lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team to deliver outstanding results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Remote working
  • Sales training methodologies (a plus)
  • Ability to travel when required  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
