Responsibilities:
- Create B2B marketing campaigns, with a focus on the acquisition of relevant B2B contacts, for new marketing leads (MQLs) and sales opportunities (SQLs)
- Drive campaign activity to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the Go To Market function
- Ensure all activity aligns with departmental KPIs and objectives
- Ensure content, messaging and marketing activity is consistent with brand guidelines and company values
- Lead and assess pipeline health, marketing processes. Identify key challenges and priorities, and drive team performance towards goals
- Partner with Product and Content Marketing to develop a content strategy that compels buyers at every stage of the buyer-journey and engages them throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, operations, partnerships, and product teams. Maintain a feedback loop with other departments to optimize lead gen campaigns
- Oversee related budget and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs
- Measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI
- Bridge gap between Sales, Content Production and SDR functions to ensure all campaign activity is audience-centric and is distributed efficiently to key target audiences and ensures all leads are followed up with efficiently and any feedback is considered for future activity
- Support the organization and running of regional trade shows, conferences and user meetings
- Report into the Chief Marketing Officer

Requirements:
- Experience creating B2B marketing campaigns and creation of new marketing leads in a SaaS environment
- Experience in Third Party Risk Management and/or ESG and sustainability space and proven success producing and driving marketing activity that gets in the mind of the target audience personas
- Experience assessing and managing pipeline leads and marketing processes
- Demonstrated track record diving team performance towards set goals
- Experience working cross functionally, with teams in product, marketing, operations, and sales (to ensure campaigns are on-point, insight driven and impactful)
- Be passionate about sustainability and ESG, and committed to company mission
- Be passionate about generating leads and getting opportunities in the door
- Have HubSpot and Salesforce experience, and be well-versed in arranging in person and online events, such as webinars and live demos
- Excellent communicator
- Helped create compelling content strategies
- Experience overseeing marketing and demand generation budgets and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs
- Experience optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI
- Experience supporting regional trade shows, conferences and user meetings
- Be organized and able to keep on top of projects
- Ability to work remotely
