Responsibilities: 
  • Sell to financial institutions committed to leveraging leveraging digital assets
  • Lead full-cycle institutional sales for CBTC and Vaults, enabling your clients to align yield strategies with their risk appetite and custody preferences
  • Identify, qualify, and close liquidity and yield deals with trading firms, exchanges, and asset managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and partners
  • Apply value-selling and structured sales methodologies to complex institutional engagements (selling SaaS license and encouraging client usage)
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to support onboarding and ongoing client success
  • Represent company at client meetings and conferences (some international)
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in trading, crypto infrastructure, banking, or capital markets
  • Proven record of closing complex, multi-party financial or technical deals
  • Ability to think through and explain the yield math. Solid quantitative and financial modeling skills
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Experience using value-selling framework (i.e., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • Experience selling to
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
  • Understanding of institutional crypto adoption and yield mechanisms (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and effective in a fast-moving, global startup environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Desire / ability to work in a start-up environment
  • Be curious, analytical, evidence of being self-taught
  • Hybrid (2 days / week in NYC office)
