Sales Consultants of Chaska

Our client, a successful print packaging and display company is seeking to add a VP of Marketing.  They have low turnover and offer a collaborative work environment and invest heavily into their manufacturing, technology, and people. 

They are looking for someone with a strong B to B marketing background and good leadership skills ( you will have 6 reports and 2 dotted line reports). A background in consumer packaging is desired.

In this VP of Marketing role you will collaborate with key internal business leaders to lead corporate development in marketing, brand strategy, market intelligence, corporate communications and public relations.  You will report in to the President who believes in empowering the leadership team.

MUST have a strong B to B marketing background, consumer packaging industry would be a plus!  They are looking for someone who is well organized, strategic, a problem solver, collaborative, a good communicator, and has good relationship building skills.  The VP of Marketing needs a "get things done!" attitude.
