Our client is an employee owned company that is a total solution print communications company.  They have experienced considerable growth the past 3 years.  They have an in-house agency that provides excellent design, research, analytics, and content that is geared towards technology solutions.

They are looking for a VP of Business Development (Sales) with a Direct Mail background. Territory in Western USA.

Responsibilities: 

This is a sales role and the position is focused on new business development with potential for existing accounts.  They focus on direct mail, creative services, 1 to 1 direct marketing (multiple channels), database management, and inventory management. Responsible for collaborating with the other teams that offer strong client service support.

Requirements: 

MUST have experience selling direct mail or direct marketing, and be able to sell programs and multiple solutions.

Must be good at prospecting/hunting and good at relationship building.

A strong understanding of direct response, creative design, and direct mail production is required.

Looking for a self-starter, someone money driven with strong communication skills.

Compensation: 

They pay salary plus commissions (uncapped), and offer excellent benefits including health, dental, life insurance and 401K along with profit sharing.
