Our client, a company with a strong national presence in the display and retail packaging arena is seeking to add a Maintenance Manager to their team.  They are seeking an individual with a successful print manufacturing background  in a leadership role. (Display or corrugate packaging experience is a plus).

The Maintenance Manager will provide leadrship for the Maintenance department.  Their will be 9 direct reports under your leadership.

Focus will be on equipment purchasing, installations, and quality control of equipment, in addition to working closely with outside vendors for support and services.

Successful leadership background as a Maintenance Manager, preferable within the Display/Packaging industry is desired.

Great organizational skills.  Ability to work with the team, 9 direct reports,  and outside vendors.
