A corrugated packaging company (makes boxes) is seeking a Quality Manager for one of their box plants in the Mid- Atlantic Region.

The candidates who will get consideration MUST have the following experience and qualifications in the corrugated packaging industry (make boxes):
*Quality experience in Brown Box. Five years experience.
· Direct the Total Quality Management System at the facility.
· Develps and implements new quality systems to improve customer specific requirements.
· Establish quality standards and in-process/final product quality tests and inspections.
· As a member of the management team, establishes plant goals and improvement priorities.
· Interface with customers and suppliers to identify quality needs and resolve issues.
· Develops and implement documents and procedures.
· Conduct internal audits.
Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO and Quality System requirements and ensure total quality excellence in all activities.
