Maintenance Supervisor, Aluminum Extrusion

§                    Responsible for overall maintenance, repair, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Plant Manager.

§                    Responsible for project work and associated paperwork.  Analyzing and evaluating repairs and upgrades.

§                    Replacing faulty parts, electrical wires, motors, controls and circuit boards.

§                    Installing equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.

§                    Observe mechanical devices and equipment to determine proper functioning or identify causes of trouble.

§                    Lubricating and cleaning parts and equipment to ensure proper operation.

§                    Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned.

§                    Complying with all Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations. 

§                    Participating as an active, contributing member of the Senior Plant Team.

§                    Directing and supervising 4 or more Maintenance technicians

Maintenance Supervisor, Aluminum Extrusion

Qualifications:

5+ years engineering experience in Extrusion, knowledge of Aluminum Extrusion preferred.
Proven ability in the application of mechanical concepts and tools deliver practical solutions.
Proven ability in delivering assigned task on time while meeting technical and reliability goals.
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with a cross functional team, (plant manager, manufacturing, engineering, etc.)

Associate Degree or significant relevant experience

Journeyman or skilled trades certification preferred

Supervisory experience preferred
