This position manages the supply of materials in many concurrent construction projects across US, Canada and Puerto Rico. As the primary customer contact, professional communication is crucial to success.  In addition to organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail, a Senior Project Manager must have a high level of experience, knowledge, and education that allow them to handle a very high workload with little assistance. The Senior PM is expected to meet the required delivery dates and deadlines for multiple projects at different stages of the construction schedule, and prevent and minimize mistakes which are crucial to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.  As a member of an Account Team, it is imperative the Project Manager has the ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively.  The Senior PM will be a resource for other staff, and be expected to share their knowledge in all situations to help with issues, or improve the company.  Ultimately, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for meeting deadlines, customer satisfaction, and maintaining and improving profitability.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

  • Act as the primary customer and contractor contact on many concurrent construction projects
  • Manage project construction schedules
  • Handle a High Volume of Projects
  • Provide quotes for new construction projects
  • Detail and revising projects in industry specific software
  • Release project material to production
  • Assist Team Lead on other projects or assignments as required
  • Monitor Projects to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Verify completion of all tasks to close-out construction projects
  • Demonstrate and share vast Industry Knowledge
  • Troubleshoot general contractor field issues quickly and efficiently
  • Communicate relevant account information to proper internal personnel
  • Complete Customer or company reporting as required
  • Have the ability to travel to job sites and customer locations as needed
  • Work closely Project Coordinator/Project Support Personnel
  • Minimize errors, oversights, back-charges
  • Escalate customer issues to Team Lead for quick resolution or direction
  • Identify areas company-wide to improve efficiency and/or service, or profitability
