Join one of the fastest growing PE-backed Healthcare Services companies in the country as VP Business Development! Positioned in the hottest area of healthcare, they provide Payors and Providers with a one-stop solution at significant cost savings by coordinating all of a patient's home health needs, improving outcomes - and significantly reducing hospital readmissions.
They have tripled in size in the past three years, from $450 million to over $1.5B in revenue - and pursuant to developing back office operations to appropriately scale the company there is now the need to fill this critical role leading the sales of company programs to payer clients and driving top line revenue growth.
The VP Business Development assists with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps close deals - as well as responsibility for prospecting, attending conferences, and selling to payer clients (including health plans, CO-OPs and other at-risk groups). The VP helps develop sales proposals and responses to request for proposals; and, develops and oversees a sales training programs for new and existing employees.
We expect the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (with an MBA preferred) and a minimum of five years Healthcare, Managed Care, and Business Development experience, plus:
