Description: Our client produces high quality food products, and has well known brands. This position is Engineering Manager at one of their key production facilities.
Responsibilities: The ENGINEERING MANAGER has responsibility for maintaining and upgrading this production facility, and managing over 30 people.
Requirements: Mechanical Engineering (ME) degree or other related engineering degree is required.
Experience supervising over 10 people in a manufacturing setting.
Over 5 years of maintenance or engineering in a manufacturing setting is a must.
Desired: The ideal candidate is an engineering manager (preferably in food manufacturing) who has been focused on maintenance or facility management within a manufacturing setting.
Over 3 years experience as a maintenance manager in your career is preferred.
Some capital project management experience helpful.
Experience in maintaining a power plant within a manufacturing setting is important. Knowledge of power co-generation is ideal.
