| Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of TVA's organizational structure, operation, business objectives and challenges; Develop multi-level relationships within TVA, from middle management to the executive level; Plan and lead execution of the Client Development Plan for TVA; achieve targeted revenue and profitability goals; Identify and implement relationships with strategic alliance partners, to achieve financial targets; Identify specific opportunities for which company's services will be utilized to deliver value to TVA; lead the development of capture plans for key project opportunities. | |
| Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or science) and business experience or education equivalent to an MBA; Professional registration desired; Minimum of 15 years either in the electric utility business (preferably with TVA) or in a consulting role providing services to the utility industry; Thorough understanding of the electric power industry; Business relationships within TVA and consultants working for TVA, from which to develop business; Strong team-building skills; Excellent communications skills; Must be a US citizen. | |
| Desired: Relocation is covered. Travel up to 25% of the time. | |
| Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/Year with excellent benefits package and 401k program. | |
