Education and experience:

• Preferred: A bachelor’s degree; required: High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5+ years’ banking experience
• 5-7+ years’ of success in sales and service management, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding goals and upselling products and services.
• Skills: A client-focused mindset, knack for uncovering needs, and the ability to build and expand client relationships with confidence and care.
